He studied with a state scholarship at the Athens School of Fine Arts. In 1972 he received an annual personal grant from the Ford Foundation. He has presented a large number of solo and group exhibitions in Greece and abroad; events have been organized by the Ministry of Culture, the National Gallery, the Pierides Gallery and private art galleries (Tokyo, Brussels, Dublin, Sao Paolo, New York, Paris, Rome, Basel).
